The problem

What I did
I delivered a fixed-fee new employer package: compliant contracts, the five foundation policies, payroll setup guidance, and a simple onboarding process the trustees could actually run.
The outcome
The charity hired with confidence, knowing every document was right first time, for a fixed price agreed before work started.
