The problem
Holiday requests by text, sickness records in a spreadsheet last opened in 2023, contracts in a filing cabinet nobody wanted to look in, and a GDPR headache waiting to happen.
What I did
I set up Breathe HR as their central system: configured it, loaded every employee and document, built the holiday and absence rules, and trained the managers. I paired it with a retainer so the expertise sits on top of the system.
The outcome
Holiday and sickness now take minutes, not arguments. Every contract and record lives in one secure, GDPR-compliant place, and the owner got their evenings back.
